Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our clients while also respecting the time and effort put into our work by our talented staff. To ensure a smooth booking process and to minimize no-shows, we have implemented the following comprehensive booking policy:
1. Reservation Policy:
• All guests must provide a valid credit or debit card to reserve appointments, or guests are welcome to come in as a walk-in.
• Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person at least 2 hours in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy:
• Guests must cancel or reschedule appointments at least two hours before the scheduled service time.
• Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system.
3. No Call/No Show Policy:
• A “no call/no show†occurs when a guest fails to show up for their appointment without canceling or rescheduling in advance.
• If a guest does not cancel their appointment within the specified time frame and fails to show up, their card on file will be charged a no call/no show fee equal to 50% of the services booked.
4. Notification Policy:
• We will send appointment reminders via email or text message 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
• In the event of a no call/no show, we will notify the guest of the charge to their card on file.
5. Exceptions:
• We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Guests can contact us to discuss exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
By implementing this booking policy, we aim to uphold the integrity of our salon’s schedule, respect the time of our clients and staff, and maintain a professional and efficient operation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Walk-ins are first come first served and subject to availability. Sign in and receive a notification when it is your turn if no one is immediately available.
There is a 10-15 minute grace period for appointments, subject to availability. Late appointments will be treated as walk-ins. Please communicate any changes to your scheduled time as soon as possible.
We accept cash, Apple Pay, and all major debit/credit cards.
There is an automatic gratuity of 20% added to parties of 4 or more.
No refunds. Please communicate any concerns before leaving the studio. We offer a three day defect guarantee and we will repair any defect within three business days of service.
This is a safe space. Mutual respect is required at all times.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
**Conceit Nail and Beauty Studios Waiver Statement:**
By receiving services at Conceit Nail and Beauty Studios, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Assumption of Risk:**
- I understand that receiving nail and beauty services involves certain risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infections, and injuries.
- I voluntarily assume all risks associated with receiving services at Conceit Nail and Beauty Studios.
2. **Release of Liability:**
- I hereby release and forever discharge Conceit Nail and Beauty Studios, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the services provided at the salon.
- This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or economic loss arising from my participation in services.
3. **Hold Harmless Agreement:**
- I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conceit Nail and Beauty Studios, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, including legal fees, arising from my participation in services.
- This agreement applies to any claims made by me, my family members, or third parties on my behalf.
4. **Full and Final Settlement:**
- I acknowledge that this policy constitutes a full and final settlement of any and all claims I may have against Conceit Nail and Beauty Studios, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives.
- I waive any right to pursue legal action or seek damages against the salon in connection with the services provided.
5. **Voluntary Agreement:**
- I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this policy.
- I voluntarily agree to the terms outlined herein and acknowledge that my participation in services is contingent upon accepting these terms.
By receiving services at Conceit Nail and Beauty Studios, I certify that I have carefully read and fully understand the studio policies. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily agreeing to these terms and releasing Conceit Nail and Beauty Studios from any and all legal claims forever.
